Still trying to figure that out myself! Keep in mind one is a group and nine are WIP (which I have got to get to!), so I’m not managing quite that many. Then I have about 20 that are event lenses where the event is over and the next year’s one isn’t close enough to worry about. I also ignore anything that’s a really static lens, particularly if it’s fallen to the bottom.
I did a post on how I manage my Squidoo lenses a while back that might be helpful as well. Talks more about how I choose what to work on at any given time. My biggest challenge right now is trying to balance what I do on Squidoo vs. what I do off it in terms of promotion, trend watching, etc.

How do you manage to manage 143 lenses?!?
I am having trouble with 23 of them!
